Founded by brothers with a passion for authentic Texas-style barbecue, Smith & Pratt Mathews built the business from countless hours spent around vintage smokers, perfecting recipes, trading techniques, and chasing the kind of barbecue that's worth gathering around. What began as a hobby quickly became a calling.
Today, that same dedication fuels every event we cater. From slow-smoked brisket and ribs to classic Texas sides, everything we serve is crafted with patience, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the process.
